Refunds and Returns
At Mercatobay, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and any accompanying documentation included.
- Please note that certain items, including those marked as “final sale” or personalized products, are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected].
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Shipping Cost must be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund amount.
